Come stay at a newly renovated, one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Burlington, just steps away from the Church Street Marketplace. Enjoy a ten-minute walk down to the waterfront of Lake Champlain and the Burlington bike path or take a trip to the mountains for the day. In the evenings enjoy all that Downtown Burlington has to offer from shops, breweries, restaurants, and energetic nightlife. The space This apartment has been designed to feel like home. This unique space offers an open living area with a modern, clean, and comfortable feel. The apartment is furnished with a brand new American Leather sleeper sofa, antiques, and fine art. Coffee and tea is always available for guests. The kitchen is fully fitted to cook to your heart's desire. We have collected maps and local information about things to do in and surrounding Burlington, including our favorite places to eat and shop. You will find this information in the workspace area. The workspace is complete with a desk that is made from a two-inch-thick slab of live edge pine. Guest access The entry into the apartment is through a coded lock system. We will greet you upon arrival when we can, but otherwise we have very simple contactless check-in instructions that you will receive through the Airbnb app the morning of your reservation. During your stay, we will available by phone or email in the event that you have any questions or extra needs. Other things to note There is one parking space included with each reservation. This space is in the parking lot at the back of the building. Any additional cars will need to park on the street where there is metered street parking.
