We offer a large 2200sf private apartment in basement of our home with separate entrance, off-street parking and a lovely mountain view; centrally located with easy access to I15, near shopping centers, theatres, museums and unique local attractions. Close to walking/biking trails; just minutes from Murdock Canal Trail. Also close to fishing, boating and ski venues; enjoy a scenic drive through Provo Canyon to Sundance Ski Resort, Deer Creek Reservoir, Soldier Hollow and Park City attractions. Our space is a walk-out basement apartment which includes a private entrance, kitchen, great room, 3 large bedrooms + 4th bedroom nook, and 2 full bathrooms including a jacuzzi tub. The 4th bedroom has the option of being set up with 2 twin beds (as shown in photo) OR with a single twin bed OR as an office with computer work station. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies, utensils and spices. It has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and full-size fridge with freezer. The great room includes a dining table, pool table, sectional sofa, entertainment center with a large screen Roku TV and DVD player. Wi-fi with fiberoptic high-speed internet is also provided. Other amenities are included as described in listing. This apartment can also be booked as a smaller 1 bedroom unit with economy pricing and is suitable for up to 2 guests. Access to our basement apartment is from the backyard. A private sidewalk takes you from driveway parking, past the front door to south side of house and into the backyard. A private stairwell and entrance takes you directly into the apartment. We live on the main level of the home and pretty much keep to ourselves. We respect privacy and have limited contact with guests. But we’re always available to resolve any problems with your accommodations and answer questions about the community. We are always available by phone, text or email. We have a self check-in and check-out process for your convenience so you may check-in anytime after 3pm on your arrival date. A lovely upscale neighborhood just a few blocks east of State Street in Lindon, Utah. Beautiful views of mountains and lake! Our neighborhood is centrally located near bus stops, train depot and freeway access. We are just minutes from Provo canyon which takes you to Bridal Veil Falls, Sundance, Deer Creek Reservoir, Deer Valley and Park City attractions. Lots of winter and summer sports venues are nearby. We are close to two major universities, BYU and UVU as well as other local attractions. We value your privacy. Come and go as you please. Have a smaller group? Take out your garbage and place in trash bins on north side of house. 4. Place your used towels in laundry room. 5. Return any moved items back to their original location (furniture, TVs w/remotes, decor, games, books, etc). HOUSE MANUAL / RULES: 1) Check-in after 3pm. Checkout before 11am. Self check-in with keypad entry. 2) Park at curbside in front of lawn and/or on driveway DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF BRICK WALL between the single and double wide garage doors. *Ensure not to block access to RV garage on left by fence and the double-wide garage on right by lawn. 3) Please observe neighborhood quiet hours: 10pm - 8am weekdays (11pm weekends). 4) Backyard area and outdoor furnishings are not for tenant use without prior arrangement. No parties or events in backyard. 5) Daily cleaning not available. We provide vacuum, mop, broom, laundry & dish detergents, bath & hand soaps, garbage bags, paper towels, tissue and TP, kitchen and bath towels. 6) Amenities include central heating & A/C. You control the heating with your own thermostat and furnace but central A/C is shared with main house and controlled by host. Northern & central Utah climates keep basements cool, (often too cold) even in summer months. For this reason we have not installed a separate basement central A/C unit. Please let host know to adjust the A/C if you feel too cold or too warm. 7) Please avoid scratching stainless steel surfaces. A special non-abrasive sponge or cloth is provided for use on these surfaces: fridge door, microwave, oven door, stove control panel, dishwasher door. 8) Please don't place wet towels on wooden furniture, especially wood bed posts and chair backs. 9) DO NOT sleep on the sectional sofa due to difficulty in sanitizing the upholstery. 10) Twin-size airbed is available upon request. Infant port-a-crib (with sheet and blanket) available and stored in closet 11) Keep pool table covered when not in use. Avoid sitting or setting items on the top. Do not throw the balls against the bumper sides or use any items to strike the balls except the pool sticks. A game book with instructions and different game variations is provided for your enjoyment. 12) For long term guests: Garbage pick-up day is Friday morning. Please have your trash in the bins by 8am. Bins are located on the north side of house. No recycling service is available.
