This home, (1344 sq ft) a two level, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, large living room, full functioning kitchen & dining area. Plus central air conditioning/heating and a wood burning fireplace with natural stone and bamboo flooring. The space The main level is cozy and bright with a spectacular view off the back deck. The comfy living room features a high beamed ceiling, a large comfortable sofa with a 70” Smart TV that’s great for relaxing and watching movies. A stunning wood burning fireplace to heat up those cold evenings with natural wood. It compliments a large ½ bathroom featuring a washer and dryer. You can enjoy an updated and remodeled spacious Chef’s kitchen featuring Black Granite counter tops on Maple cabinets, Stainless Steel appliances, and a beautiful wooden dining table. The lower level is home to 3 bedrooms. A master suite features a private deck with a private bath. The second spacious bedroom features a queen bed with a bay window with a built in bench, great for reading a book or just relaxing. The third bedroom, a cozy room featuring a full bed, desk, a comfy lounge chair and a bay window with a built in bench. You will also find a full size bathroom with a tub/shower to share. The Mountain House is entertainment friendly, featuring Wi-Fi and Hi-Def Smart TV with Amazon Fire stick and Netflix. For those desiring classic family entertainment, there are board games, books & magazines. The sounds of woodpeckers in the morning adds to the "mountain ambiance" and the huge front deck featuring a farmhouse table with seating and a stainless steel BBQ is awesome for barbecues, entertaining or just relaxing. Please be advised that during the summer and winter months, Southern California Edison may initiate power outages due to high temperatures or strong winds. In the event of a power outage, the residence is equipped with a whole-house backup generator. Power is typically restored within a few hours; however, it is advisable to be prepared for the possibility of a longer duration. Flashlights are available on-site for your safety and convenience. Snow Season can be a fun adventure. The streets are plowed by the State, but you may need to use the provided shovels to clear the walkway or the driveway. Every effort is made to leave the walkway and driveway ready for your entry, however, when it is very snowy there is no guarantee it will not get snowed over again. Please remember you are in the mountains. There is wildlife everywhere as well as a nice breeze through the pines.
