Walking into our home you are welcomed by large windows with lake views, open concept kitchen and living room, family decor and warm colors. The house comfortably accommodates six adults. The upstairs has two queen sized beds and a single bed. The main leave has two large bedrooms both furnished with Queen beds. The house has a sizeable kitchen with island seating and with full size appliances. There is a full bathroom with shower on the main floor and a half bath in the basement/den. The home is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer located in walk out den/ basement. One of our family’s favorite places is the covered deck located off the kitchen. The deck features amazing views of the lake a bluff point, a six-person table, and a cozy coffee area. Adjacent to the basement/ den there is a covered patio, large four burner grill, and a large open-air deck. This property is the perfect place to get away and relax or have fun. The dock is large and can accommodate most sized boats. Our home is on a prime location on Keuka Lake, one of the cleanest lakes in the Finger Lakes, and is only 6.5 miles from the quaint town of Hammondsport (voted America's Coolest Small Town), which has a several great restaurants, gift shops, a cafe, a grocery store, a gas station and several other businesses. Hammondsport also has a public park, a boat launch, and beach. Keuka Lake is home to some of the region and nations best wineries! Located just off the Keuka Wine Trail the home is a 10-minute drive to Keuka brewing Company, Bully Hill, Heron Hill, and Dr. Frank's Wineries! You will soon realize why the Lady of the Lakes has become the top destination in the Finger Lakes Region.
