This fun ocean view condo is great for family trips or a weekend escape. With private beach access and a swimming pool, you'll find it hard to leave. This unit has a full kitchen, washer/dryer set, and spacious bedrooms. It's super close to the aquarium too! You will need to bring your own towels, linens and toiletry. Inquire about adding linen service. The space This two story modest living space is great for a quick trip to the beach or a week long family vacation. With private beach access and a swimming pool just past the patio, you'll spend more time doing the things you love. The kitchen gives you the option to dine in but you're only a few minutes from a number of great restaurants too. This is a private condo and family vacation home. We do our best to keep our space looking great but due to heavy foot traffic during the peak season it tends to show signs of wear towards the end of the rental season. ***We prefer week long reservations from June-August--Saturday to Saturday. ***We will consider weekend requests or mid-week requests within 30 days if the space is still available. Linen rental available. Please inquire about options. The space has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, one half bathroom, full kitchen and living room. There is a deck attached to the master bedroom on the second floor and outdoor patio on the first floor. There is a queen size bed in the master and two full beds in the guest room. 4 people would fit most comfortably. The kitchen has keurig and traditional coffee maker, refrigerator, range, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc. WiFi throughout unit. 3 TVs with cable and streaming. We have been renting our beach condo for over 25 years and love sharing our home with our guests. We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible just keep in mind that this is a family vacation home not a hotel! Guest access You'll be able to enjoy the space like it is yours!
