The Cove of Kentucky Lake

Great Lake house getaway. Great community with tons to do. Walk to the lake, basketball court, community center. Private backyard with deck. 18 minute drive to Murray state university. 18 minute drive to Benton Kentucky . 30 minute drive to Paducah quilt museum. About 15 mins from land between the lakes The space Enjoy the whole house to yourself . Our house has a new renovation and many updates. This is walking distance from the lake. ( all extra amenities such as Community has boat ramp, beach area, and basketball court and putt putt golf are all maintained by the resort ) not by me . The resort does charge a daily fee to use the beach, boat slip and pool. Please note these are seasonal things typically opening from Memorial Day to Labor Day ! Guest access community basketball court, community putt putt, boat dock and marina are all maintained by the resort and must follow the resorts rules on these areas. The resort does charge a daily rate to use the boat slip, or beach and swimming pool .. pool is a seasonal amenity and is open from Memorial Day -Labor Day ( update 2025 pool is currently closed as this year as they build a new one ) . I do have a semi Private backyard. This home is monitored by an audio and video doorbell for security camera.
