St James Place is a charming, renovated and cozy cottage, located on an open lot. We are adding new landscape and plantings to our lovely location to make it even more comfortable for our guests. You have plenty of parking in the driveway, and easy access to the front door. St James Place is a single family, 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage, giving you complete access to the entire property for your privacy. For your convenience, we can be available to assist you at any time should you need something. However, we value your privacy as you would, and will not intrude unless it is an emergency. This is a solid, quiet neigborhood, well located for access to neighborhood amenities such as Walmart, Kroger, other grocery and specialty stores, as well as plenty of great restaurants within a very short drive. Delivery and takeout is also available on the normal food delivery apps, including Doordash and Grubhub. St James Place is located less than a mile from LRAFB, and also the interstate which allows for a quick and easy drive to North Little Rock, or Little Rock, and the local hospitals. St James Place is located near many restaurants and shopping. You may also use food delivery apps, bite squad and a Grubhub. We also welcome pets on a case by case basis, excluding restricted dog breeds (i.e., Doberman). There is a $35 additional cleaning fee required, as well as a $250 refundable pet deposit. Please notify us when submitting your reservations. We do not allow parties of any kind without advance notice and approval. We reserve the right to refuse any party on the premises as this property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
