Cardinal Cottage 1 - A Little East of Asheville

A pleasant, peaceful mountain valley setting in the lush Western NC mountains. Conveniently located within ten minutes of Asheville and five minutes to Black Mountain/Montreat. Our location is at the heart of all the attractions our mountains have to offer: hike, bike, river sports, Biltmore Estate, Chimney Rock, Asheville events, LEAF and other major festivals. Or just kick back and enjoy our wonderful, comfortable setting. Up to four guests. The space This listing is for a portion of the house with bedroom 2 & 3 locked. You’ll have access to the master bedroom (queen), the pull out queen sofa, and both bathrooms if more than one couple. The other bed/baths will be locked so we don't have to charge a higher cleaning fee. If you have a larger group, check out our other listing for all three bedrooms and both baths. The house is private, front and back porches and on the same property as the owners' home. Back porch has comfortable outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the sunrise. Guest access When you rent the Cardinal Cottage 1 you are renting the unlocked master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room. And of course the laundry area. You have the privacy of your own place including the driveway and the cost savings of using only a portion of the home. Other things to note We do have bears and ask that you do not put garbage bags outside. We will be glad to remove your garbage bags before your stay is over. Just let us know how to help. There is a bear proof can down the back porch steps is you do need to put out the garbage.
