Sunny Side Down can comfortably sleep up to 5 people because the sofa conveniently slides out to accommodate an additional person. Open concept kitchen/dining/living is equipped with a sofa, two club chairs and a high top dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, less a dishwasher. Outdoors, guests can relax and have a drink on the deck under beautiful grape vines or enjoy the shared courtyard area with a full size grill, outdoor lounge furniture, and an outdoor shower. The private yard is fenced-in and the duplex does allow you to bring your dogs with you, upon approval with our office. Please note: there is one designated parking spot for guests of Sunny Side Down located just across the other side of Center Street. This is a green property that features solar panels on the roof, all LED lights, and use natural gas for the water heater. It is also a ground level property, making it a great choice for guests who have trouble with stairs. Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. PARKING: There is a designated parking spot for guests of Sunny Side Down located just across the other side of Center Street. This is a non-smoking property. Pets considered: All pets must be approved by our office before you arrive. Upon approval there is a $100 per pet non refundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, 35 lb max per pet, no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 5 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file.
