LONG-TERM RENTAL. No weekends. >30 days. You'll appreciate the charm in every room. There are gorgeous views from every window. Our guest house sits on our main property, yet it's distant and quiet. The cottage is close to Downtown Stroudsburg with a mountain home feel of many acres. It's on the same road as the Stroudsmoor Country Inn. The space New gorgeous deck added to the cottage. Big Chill appliances. See pictures for the outdoor living space. The cottage is quaint and has unique features. Sleeps 5 comfortably. Extra fee $50/car over 2 cars. Max guests 5. Guest access Guests have access to the first and second floor, and the yard behind the cottage. It helps to bring a flashlight to navigate the yard at night, and there's a motion spotlight for the backyard. Other things to note If you intend to use the charcoal grill, please bring a bag of charcoal for your use if possible. We provide firewood for fire pit and lighter. There is a newly-resurfaced clawfoot tub and sink, new sink hardware, new shower head. New exhaust fan and light in bathroom also. New tankless hot water heater, so you'll never run out! There's a lot of natural light in the cottage. We provide eye shades if you like it dark for sleeping. There's a large stone wall/drop off at end of parking area. Huge boulders are there but be careful and mindful when parking and walking at night. Extra fee $50/car over 2 cars. Max 5 renters.
