The space Our condo includes a convenient mudroom to store skis, boards, boots, and other winter gear. There is also a small washer/dryer in the unit for your use. You’ll have keyless entry — no keys to manage. A personal code will be provided before arrival. There are three unassigned parking spaces in front of the building available on a first-come basis. We truly love animals, but HOA rules do not allow pets, and we must strictly follow this policy. Unfortunately, no exceptions are possible. This is a family-friendly, smoke-free home. For the health and safety of our family, friends, and guests, smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed: • no smoking inside • no smoking on the balcony or outside areas • no smokers staying in the condo If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, additional cleaning fees (up to $500) may apply, and the reservation may be subject to cancellation. We kindly ask that shoes be removed inside. Mountain living brings snow, sand, and mud — this small habit helps keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Please book for the accurate number of guests. Additional guests not included in the reservation will incur a fee of $50 per person per night. Exceeding the maximum occupancy of 6 guests may result in cancellation of the stay. Finally, this is our personal mountain home. We love sharing it with guests who appreciate nature, quiet, and respect for the space.
