The new custom pool is conveniently located directly adjacent to the home. The pool is privately used by only the Three Timbers homes: Pine Hollow, Mountain Haven & Winters Haven. It is adjacent to, and easily accessible via a short walk from each home. * Hot tub for relaxing after hiking, brewery runs, or Biltmore days * Partially covered deck just off the great room—ideal for outdoor dining and stargazing * Private pond (great for feeding fish and enjoying the scenery) * Fire pit area for s’mores and stories under the stars * Peaceful mountain community setting at approximately 2,500’ elevation * Guests also have access to the Edenderry Pond, a shared community amenity featuring a small beach area, dock, and community fire pit—a great spot to relax and enjoy the mountain setting. Catch-and-release fishing is welcome, and swimming is permitted at your own risk. Pool Details * The swimming pool is open 9am - 9pm in pool season. * ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Heating is available upon request for $100/day if the average forecasted air temperatures are above 55°F during your stay, and per the “Pool Availability” calendar below. Pool Availability May 1 – September 3 * The pool is open and may be heated (target water temp: 81°F) for an additional charge of $100/day. [Please note: actual water temperature may vary depending on weather and may not always reach the set temperature during these months.] April & October (Shoulder months) * The pool remains open but is not heated by default.
