Unwind in our coastal home, with beds so dreamy you almost won't want to leave! Our location is 2 minute walk, (across the street) to the sugar sand beach known as Scarborough Beach. Located at 6 Greenbrier Rd Narragansett RI At the end of the day, a hot and cold outdoor shower is ready for you to rinse off the sand from the beach and begin your relaxed evening with delicious food and drinks on one of the fantastic three decks. This coastal home comfortably accommodates 8 people including children (Airbnb does not count children under 2 years of age but they will be counted in the total number of guest for this property). If you exceed 8 people, including children, you must vacate the property and you will not receive a refund. Please note - prior to booking there is 27 years of age minimum requirement and you must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. We have contactless access to the house however, I am available by phone, text or email whenever guests need to make contact. The neighborhood is a typical "beach" neighborhood. Lots of activity with people walking back and forth to the beach. Lots of friendly neighbors. No car is need to get to the beach, it's just cross the street. Shopping and dining out will require a car. -This is a non-smoking and pet free property -The maximum number of people, (including children) at any time is 8 people -You must be 27 to rent -Ring door bell camera is present -This property is located in a beach neighborhood and quiet times must be honored. Please be respectful and adhere to the 10pm-7am quiet times.
