This beautiful house is located in a breathtaking property that takes you away to a tropical paradise. Securely fenced with a private automated gate, the house is a perfect location to come relax, unwind, and enjoy the amazing outdoor space with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and bar, pool, Jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and outdoor games. This property is located 23mi from Downtown Naples, 20mi from the beautiful Naples Beaches, 12mi from the Corkscrew Sanctuary, and 5mi from Publix, and CVS. The space This gorgeous house is fully equipped with everything you need for your getaway, from WiFi and Cable TV to the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom essentials (including towels, shampoo, and conditioner). Enjoy a great cup of tea or coffee from the tea & coffee bar provided. relaxing in the super comfy couch or outside while enjoying nature. For extra safety and sanitation, we have provided paper towel dispensers, and hand soap dispensers. This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 1 sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 14 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and a day bed with a pull out trundle. Both the guest rooms have a full over full bunk bed with a twin pull out trundle. There are several dining areas to accommodate everyone eating at the same time. The large sun terrace is shared with the guest house and it included a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and bar, full bathroom, several eating areas, several shaded areas to sit down, and 10 lounge chairs. The outdoor recreational activities include basketball, volleyball, Badminton, micro-soccer, in addition to 2 bikes, and beach equipment (upon request). The guest house is rented separately, but if available it can be added to your reservation at an additional fee. This guest house has one bedroom and one bathroom with 2 futons that can comfortably accommodate 4-5 guest . Guest access The property has an automated gate with keypad access. The main door also has keyless entry for ease of access. Other things to note The outdoor space is shared with the guests staying at the main house. The guesthouse is rented separately. Can be added to the main reservation at an additional fee! We offer a discount when renting both homes . Please make sure to note it’s two homes in the property!
