After a fun filled day watch the sunset from the comfy porch couch while sipping your favorite beverage. Or maybe read your favorite book while listening to the birds chirp and the ocean roar. The space Private home next to wetlands. The 4th bedroom called the Carriage Suite is located above the garage and is detached from the main house. There are lots of stairs to the front door of the carriage suite but worth it if you want your own private space with a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Guest access You'll have the entire home to yourself with plenty of parking for up to 3 cars. The 4th bedroom is located above the garage with an exterior entry only. Not accessible from inside the home. It's a Queen Suite with it's own bath and shower. Other things to note The neighborhood does have quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7 a.m.. Garbage and recycling pick ups are on Monday mornings. Cell phone service is not good in the area but the home has WIFI so calls using WIFI works best. Do not go into neighbor’s yard as a short cut to the beach. Use gravel path. Thank you.
