Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a private ensuite, and two additional bedrooms share a charming Jack-and-Jill-style washroom. With elegant finishes, a cozy lounge area, and thoughtful design throughout, this home is the perfect blend of luxury and livability for families, friends, or professionals seeking a peaceful stay. Guest access You’ll have full private access to the entire two-story home, complete with your own entrance, backyard and a secure personal entry code. Complimentary street parking is available directly in front of the property for your convenience. For safety and comfort, only registered guests are permitted on the property at all times. If you wish to host visitors, please request approval in advance. Overnight stays are limited to registered guests only. Other things to note Disclosure: For your security, exterior cameras are installed around the property. These monitor only general outdoor areas such as entrances and do not capture any private or indoor spaces. This property has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests at any time. If you are expecting additional visitors or guests beyond those listed in your reservation, this must be disclosed to the host prior to booking. There are long-term tenants residing in the basement suite. Their private entrance is located through the backyard, leading directly to their unit. They do not have access to your home; however, you may occasionally see them as they enter or exit their suite through the backyard. They are super friendly, will probably smile and wave back :) The laundry room is the only shared space within the property. Basement tenants can access it solely through the exterior from the garage. For your privacy, please ensure the laundry room door remains locked when not in use. This will provide you with complete peace of mind, knowing your living space is secure and entirely private during your stay. We kindly ask that no smoking, or illegal substances be used or brought onto the premises. This helps us maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests and our family.
