Sonny's Homestead

We call this place Sonny's Homestead. This home and the surrounding land have been in the family for decades. The patriarch in the family, Sonny, did not even know his real name until first grade. We believe this is the prettiest spot of ground in St. Johns. The space The bedrooms have all been given names from various cattle ranch brands that have been in the family over generations - VBarL, A spear, XY, and Triangle4. Each bedroom has a working desk and a futon that can be made into a bed. We are continually updating the home for modern conveniences but still trying to keep the old homestead feel. Recently we put in a dishwasher, garbage disposal and Roku for the TV.
