You will have the entire villa to yourself. The beach is only footsteps away. The largest swimming pool on the Island is here. There are comfortable chairs for you to use. The beach has umbrellas and beach chairs for rent. You can reserve them with the lifeguard. Tennis courts, pickle ball and a small workout room are amenities available for you. Best of all we have private access to the beach. There is a sports bar named Coconuts, it is located on site. Jamaica Joes pool side bar, and restaurant has great cocktails and lunch type food. There is a nice laundry room down the hall on the right side. It does require a money card. The card can be purchased from the main building where you check in. Beachfront condo in this convenient resort that is located mid-island where you are close to many restaurants, local events, boat trips, golf, bike trails and shopping. On property you have 4-hour security, fitness center, tennis courts, pro shop, bike rentals, playground, charcoal grills, picnic tables, on site restaurants and the largest ocean front pool on Hilton Head Island The best part is you are footsteps from the beach. This condo is one of few that is a direct ocean front. Not just a peek at the ocean. Sitting on the balcony is awesome! There is a fan on the balcony, so there is always a breeze. The view and ambiance are hard to describe. There is a high-top table on the balcony so eating out is an option. Many guests have told me that they spend most of their time on the balcony. If you choose to bring your own bike there is a bike rack. One tip that is to keep your sand chairs and beach objects in your trunk so that you do not have to carry them up and down the stairs. There is Uber available if you prefer not to drive, day or night. There is also a trolley in the summer to take you all over the Island. Pick up a brochure in the community center. Bicycle rentals are available by the guard gate. They also rent sand chairs and small umbrellas. I do Not provide beach chairs, and umbrellas. Beach lounge chairs and large umbrellas are available to rent on the beach. The rentals for the beach chairs and umbrellas are in demand. If you want to rent them, go right away to the lifeguard on the beach and make a reservation. They reserve them for whoever gets there first and pays for them. It is just a beautiful place to be. The resort provides 24-hour security. There is an elevator to the front of the building with luggage carts to carry up your luggage. Free tennis, and pickle ball is available at the Resort's eight lighted- courts, plus there is a free exercise facility. The sports bar, Coconuts', is a wonderful place to have some great American food. Salads, Burgers Pizza, Wings, and they also deliver to your villa. The resort has three restaurants, two pools, bike rentals and 24/7 security. Showers by the pool and entrance are a great place to rinse off on your way back from the beach. There is a restroom by the pool bar so that you do not have to walk back to the unit. The resort offers all kinds of activities for you to take part in. Water aerobics, tennis clinics, games by the pool, and many more. A calendar of events as well as information about the resort will be at the desk when you check in. Flyers, and information about the Island are also there for your convivence. You will meet great people who love it here so much they come back every year.
