They are very close by just a five minutes car ride or 20 minutes Bicycle ride. When can also easily explore the beaches in other areas of the Hamptons such as Bridgehampton Southampton Hell Montauk. Sag Harbor is also very special area, just north of East Hampton approximately 5 minutes drive. Rural sights Many lovely towns are nearby: Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, Southampton, Montauk, Watermill and many more to explore on the North Fork, known for its vineyards and wine tasting tours. The house is located on a coveted street East Hampton, near the northwest area. Being a dead end street, there is very little noise and traffic. This was one of the main reason we chose this location and this house. The Hampton towns are usually very rich with interesting antique stores and art galleries. There are also plenty of options for outdoor activities such as hiking, wine touring, kayaking, sailing and boating, and fishing. It is probably easiest if one owns or rents a car, but isn't absolutely necessary. Getting around by bicycle to and from East Hampton is also quite easy and safe. The town is only 2 miles away and the beach 3 to 4 miles away, so it's an easy and enjoyable bike ride. We have three adult and three kids bicycles for you to use.
