Charming Cottage in the Country

Welcome to our charming cottage on 2.5 acres in Holbrook, a quiet farm town between Malad, ID and Snowville, UT. Relax by the big fire pit and enjoy the privacy of a rustic wood fence. The area is a haven for hiking, biking, and four-wheeling. We're also just 15 minutes from Stone Reservoir. Need more space for your group? Consider adding our separate bunkhouse! It's an ideal spot for extra guests, featuring 5 full beds, a large TV, and a game table. (Note: The bunkhouse has no bathroom). The space The first portion of this enchanting little cottage was built in 1919. We have completely remodeled the entire house with all new appliances, electical and plumbing fixtures. In addition to a nice main bedroom with double bed, there is a small bunk room has a double bed, bunk bed, and a trundle under each. It would actually be possible to sleep six or seven kids in the the bunk room in addition to the master bed room The kitchen looks into the TV room separated by a bar that seats four people. The couch is very large and comfortable. We have a big screen TV. We do not adversize the Internet as an ammenity because it is not 100% dependable. It works about 85% of the time. Most people have no problem using their iphone hotspots if the Internet is not working. The master bathroom is very large with a bathtub/shower. There is also a small bathroom (toilet & sink) next to the bunk room. Holbrook is less than 20 miles from Snowville Utah for those traveling on I-84 between Utah and Boise Idaho. It is also less than 20 miles from Malad Idaho for those traveling on I-15 between tremonton Utah and Pocatello, idaho etc. Our 2 1/2 acre property has a fire pit and plenty of room to set up tents if you want to invite friends to camp there during your stay. (the large bathroom has a convenient outside entrance for those in the tents)
