Fire pit and fire table available-both outside. No smoking. Guesthouse is located directly behind main house with large deck attaching the two. Parking is blacktop drive toward back of mainhouse and guesthouse. Additional parking for boat in front of detached garage adjacent to guesthouse. Guests have access to the large deck connecting the guesthouse and main house. Deck wrapping around guest house is private for guests. I will always be available during your stay. Quiet neighborhood. A few times during the day and occasionally at night, you can hear the train passing by. Famous local hamburger joint called "The Dairy Mart" (seasonal)has some of the best burgers and milkshakes in the state. Only 3 min drive in town(approx .9 miles ). Also local Mexican restaurant “Speedy Taco” and Subway within the same distance. Baxter’s Coffee house approx 6 miles away (local coffee brewery you don’t want to miss out on!) If you’re into wine, you will love visiting our local winery-Cave Hill Winery. Beautiful grounds and vineyards 12 miles away from guesthouse. If you would like groceries delivered at anytime during your stay or already in the guesthouse when you arrive, I can arrange that for a 10.00 fee in addition to the cost of the groceries. Also, I can arrange to have your order from any local restaurant you choose delivered to the guesthouse for a 10.00 fee in addition to the cost of your food.
