Please treat the space with respect. **PLEASE NOTE: this space can accomodate up to 4 people, however the noise that can be heard in the living room (where the futon is located) can be significantly higher than the bedroom. This space is a split level house and this is the lower level apartment. We live in the other portion of the home with our pup and twin toddlers. We’re typically up around 7:00am and unfortunately, the toddlers don’t come with volume control. They will be out of the house during the day on weekdays though if staying during the week. While we do the best we can to minimize the noise, some days don’t go as well as we’d like. SO, if you are traveling with more than 2 people, or plan to sleep in the living room area with the futon, please be aware that the noise level may be higher and if you’re sensitive to that sort of noise this may be something to seriously consider before booking! **Additionally, please be aware that while we love all pets, we are unable to accept cats at this time. Guest access You will have complete access to the entire guest suite and fenced in back yard! The guest suite includes a desk/work area, bedroom, bathroom with stand up shower, living room, kitchenette with microwave/mini fridge/keurig, and a small outdoor sitting area to enjoy nice weather! Other things to note Our interaction will depend fully on your preference. We will be readily available by call/text/message to meet any of your needs or to meet if you'd like.
