Great 2br house walkable to bars, shopping, and restaurants. Short ride to Balboa, the beach, and downtown. We are so excited to share our house with you! The feeling is airy and relaxed inside. It still has all the charm of the hundred year old house it's, with all the modern amenities. Queen beds in the 2 bedrooms and a queen pull out in the living room. We have wifi, you can stream your own Netflix or Hulu accounts. We have a pack & play too! Min age 25 NO PARTY'S OR GATHERINGS The space The Space We have five rentals and this is my favorite. You just feel so relaxed when you step in. The back yard boasts a gas grill, picnic table, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs for relaxing. The ability to walk to so much is what really makes this place special. We often leave our car at home and walk to dinner at some of the city's coolest spots. Your dog are welcome with our approval. Please ask first :) please note they are not allowed to be left unattended in the backyard or in the house. I have beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella so you don't have to worry about a thing. Quiet time between 10pm-8am. We also live on this property so quiet time is strictly enforced so that there are no complaints from the neighbors. NO PARTIES ALLOWED NOTE: There is a separate unit above this one. It's a little studio and can be rented with the bottom house if you like. Guest access The whole house is yours! We are at max capacity at 6 people. No more than 6 people are allowed. There is a separate unit above the house so quiet hours are strictly in forced (10pm to 8am) Other things to note Other things to note No illicit activity. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation in the case of illicit or illegal activity. NO PARTIES Quiet time between 10pm-8am. Any noise complaints and fines will be passed on to the guest.
