We have a beautiful, private studio apartment only one block from historic, downtown Point Richmond. The unit is approximately 650 square feet and has lots of natural light with large sky-lights and windows throughout. It is equipped with a full modern kitchen, full bath, open-concept living space, walk-in closet, and spiral staircase to a small sleeping loft. The studio is not attached to the main house. It sits above the garage, so you don't have to be concerned about noise. The space The sleeping area/loft is accessed via the spiral staircase where a queen-size memory foam mattress sits. Please note the sleeping loft is small with a pitched roof so there is very little area to move around in the loft. There is an additional twin-size folding memory foam mattress in the walk-in closet that can be used. All linens and towels are provided. The unit contains stainless steel appliances (stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher). There is a new 65-inch OLED 4k TV with all the latest apps (AppleTV, Netflix, Disney+, etc). Free wi-fi is provided. Guest access You will have access to the entire studio unit that sits above garage. The studio and the main house where the host family lives share an outdoor entry gate to the property, but the studio has a private stairway and a private entrance. It is rare to see the host family. You may park in the driveway to the garage only while loading and unloading your belongings. The garage is used daily and cannot be blocked by long-term or overnight parking.
