A cute 2br amongst a lush garden setting and a very short walk to the beach, restaurants & shops will give you space to unwind, relax & rejuvenate. Queen size bed in private room and queen size pull out couch in lounge room. Access to a fully equipped kitchen (minus a microwave) and small bbq on patio. Lounge room with TV, DVD player, AppleTV (Netflix and Hulu), Bathroom with shower over bath. This is a shared location with tenant, but you will be renting the whole place for private stays. Close to shops, restaurants, banks, bars and most importantly less than 5 mins walk to the beach. Situated right in the hub of town this neighbourhood is great for anything you might be after. Bus stop across the road and right next to main streets. Ample street parking. No airconditioning as we are close to the beach but we have fans to circulate and cool the rooms. The property does have ducted heating. Please make sure you turn the heater OFF when you leave if using it!!!
