The space This unique waterfront home is designed for relaxation and fun. With two distinct living levels, it's ideal for multi-generational families or groups who appreciate having separate spaces while vacationing together. One group can unwind upstairs while another enjoys the games downstairs, offering the perfect blend of privacy and togetherness. Indoor Comforts & Entertainment: Dual Living Areas: Each floor features its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with a comfortable sofa bed and Smart TV. Sleeping Arrangements: The main floor has two bedrooms, while the second floor has one bedroom, accommodating your group comfortably. Year-Round Comfort: Stay cool with central air conditioning or get cozy by the indoor fireplace on a chilly evening. Convenience: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout, and an in-unit washer/dryer is provided located in the basement. Outdoor Living & Lake Access: Waterfront Fun: You have direct access to the lake. Enjoy complimentary kayaks, a canoe, and a stand-up paddleboard. Private Boat Slip: Bring your boat! Our private seawall slip is 32’ long, 9’6” wide, and has a water depth of 30”. Relax & Unwind: Soak in the year-round hot tub, gather around the fire pit in the sandy area near the water, or enjoy a meal on the private patio with a BBQ grill. Guest access The Cove is all yours. Please, make yourself at home. NOTE: Please remember that you're staying our home and there are other renters next door please be respectful. Other things to note • Location: The home is situated on Mt. Major Highway, which is a bustling road. We have provided white noise machines in the bedrooms to help minimize any noise disturbance during your stay. • Damages: Please report any problems as soon as they arise. Please note that any damages to the property will be subject to the cost of repair or replacement. Pet Policy: Please let us know if your furry friend will be joining you during your stay. We ask that you keep your pet leashed while outside at all times and that you pick up after your pet. Please note the following house rule violations will result in fines: • Smoking $1500 • Parties or events $1500 • Unapproved late check out $250 • The property has a maximum occupancy limit, and exceeding this number may result in penalties. Please ensure that your party stays within the allowed guest limit to avoid any additional charges.
