Historic South Park and a short walk to the convention center, Levitt pavilion, the Oregon District, UD, and Miami Valley Hospital. Neighborhood is safe and quiet with quick access to all major hwys (WPAFB is~15 mins). Walkable restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and bars close by. The Flyer(a free bus service and a short walk away(~4mins)) will take you to UD/downtown in lieu of walking. Extra steps taken to clean/sanitize. Unique access code provided for check in when property is ready. The space You'll have your own access code for entry to come and go as you please. While this 1500 square foot house will sleep 13 as advertised, some may find it somewhat cramped. (King - 2, Full - 2, Queen -2, Loft -1, Futon - 2, two sleeper sofas - 4). You have access to a fully furnished kitchen with dish soap, laundry facilities with laundry soap, fast WIFI, and DirecTv. Request for early check-in or check-out may be subject to a $10.00 per hour charge. Guest access You will have access to one half of a duplex but you will have the entire side to yourself. Although there is no reserved parking, there is ample street parking adjacent to the house. Other things to note The neighborhood observes quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Parties are not allowed and smoking in the house is prohibited.
