My Presidio Point home is nestled in a quiet community of Northeast Riverside, CA. It is clean, well-stocked with everything you need away from your own home. I provide a non-smoking environment that is free of pets and pests. You will have a private entrance without disturbing other guests with your comings and goings. The space I will provide breakfast foods, coffee, tea, juices to start your day. I am available to help you have a very unique experience for your stay here in Riverside, CA. There are two full size refrigerators, two ovens, one airfryer, and one microwave. Mattresses and pillows are covered for your protection...all linen and towels are provided in the private bathroom for this unit. I also have on-hand supply the essential toiletries; soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash for both men and women, mouthwash, toothpaste and other essentials you might need to make your stay comfortable away from home. There is a fully equipped laundry room with an ironing board for your use. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, SMOKERS, SMOKING PRODUCTS, CHILDREN, OR PETS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY!!! Guest access My guests have access to all the common areas of the home including the patio areas in both the front and backyards. You'll also have access to bar-be-que pit for grilling. Enjoy eating outdoors under the patio or solar lit umbrella table with four comfortable chairs. Free parking is available in front of the property enough space for three cars; however do not park in the driveway for any reason. During your stay My guests are permitted to use the kitchen for cooking and/or warming food. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. There is a dishwasher available for rinsed soiled dishes, pots, and pans. I work part-time but my schedule is flexible. I generally retire to my unit after a long day. However, I am available during your stay to cater to your every need as my guest(s). Other things to note There is a keypad with your private code for your comings and goings. Your code is specific to you...no one has the same code. I also have a security system that can be utilized if a guest is alone on the property for an extended period of time. There are security cameras and dusk-to-dawn lighting around the outside of the home. A professional housekeeper cleans and sanitizes the entire house monthly as well as needed. Long-term accommodations require you to be responsible for keeping your area clean free of trash and changing your linen between professional service. Clean towels are provided for you as needed. Guests may not receive mail or deliveries to this address. This also includes Uber Eats, Instant Cart, etc. There are three dining areas in the home including the backyard area. Cooked food/meals, coffee, tea, or sweet drinks are not allowed in the units. Water is permissible.
