Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport. The space With a cozy warm fireplace, a glass of wine or cup of coffee and a nice dinner you will feel right at home. We provide the essentials to cook a meal to enjoy. Let us know what occasion you're coming for and we may leave something special for you! Last minute or late night check ins are welcome if you send me an inquiry first. We are very social but won't be planning to interact with our guests unless they need us. We want our guests to feel at home and as relaxed as possible with as much privacy as possible. However, you can reach me through my phone number or email. Guest access The access is private and separate from the main house. You will have your own parking spot. We have security cameras for extra security but we do live in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. There is a keypad for easy check in and the codes are deleted and changed in between every guest. The hot tub is only steps away from the entrance. Other things to note We will supply a list of popular places to eat while you're here. The closest grocery store, liquor store, convenient store or drug store are only a 2 minute drive from the house. We sanitize everything between guests and will provide fresh linens each time. This will be a very clean place to stay. We also wash all linens and towels with free and clear detergent for anyone with skin allergies. The wifi information will be in the welcome letter upon arrival and on the fireplace mantel. We will provide an electric pump air mattress upon request for any additional registered guests. We provide a water dispenser, oatmeal and a couple simple snacks. Pets allowed upon request. Please have pets in a crate if you will be gone for more than 1 hour and do not allow them to make a mess on the floor or ruin any bedding. Lower deck seating. Guests can use the hot tub. **No children under the age of 5 are permitted in the hot tub, regardless of adult supervision. Over age of 5 please limit their time to 10 minutes for safety reasons. If you're uncomfortable with the camera pointing towards the hot tub please just request that it be taken down for that time period. It's there for your safety only. Please be respectful and close the lid when done and do not consume alcohol while in the hot tub. There is now central air. To adjust the amount of air, simply adjust the vent gauge located above the mirror by the blue chair. **Our Airbnb is not suitable for anyone who needs to sleep during the day. We have two young children who cannot be kept 100% quiet for that. **Please note there are stairs you will need to walk down to get to the unit. **We do have an air purifier running 24/7 in the Airbnb, but this may not be the place for you if you have any pet allergies, as we are a pet friendly home. **Price increases when you meet the maximum number of guests and anything over 4 guests will have an additional $50 fee requested at time of booking
