“Enjoy a private retreat in our luxury suite, featuring its own private patio and gated parking. Located between Coral Way and Coral Gables, we’re close to Miami’s top plastic surgery clinics, Miami International Airport, the University of Miami, Wynwood, Downtown, Brickell, Little Havana, and just 20 minutes from South Beach. You’ll find not only privacy and tranquility but also a meticulously clean space. We personally oversee the cleaning process to exceed your expectations. The space 1. Private Space: The space shown in the photos is exclusively for your private use and does not need to be shared with anyone. 2. Parking: Parking is available inside the property with a gate. It’s optional if you prefer to park outside. 3. Private Suite: The suite is located to the left side with its own private patio, grill, hammock, and gated parking. 4. Duplex Layout: This is a duplex house, each unit has its own patio and private entrance, not shared. 5. Location: Please note that we are not located in Miami Beach. Our property is in the City of Miami, 11 miles from South Beach, which is about a 20-minute drive, depending on traffic. 6. Allergy Alert: If you have allergies, please be aware that there is a sweet black kitty in the patio area. She only approaches if you allow her. 7. Kitchen: The suite does not have a full kitchen; only the amenities shown in the photos are available. Bonus Tip: The free Miami Trolley station is just a 5-minute walk away! It takes you to famous spots like Little Havana, Brickell, Downtown Miami, and more. This is a DUPLEX house each unit with patio and private entrance, NOT shared Other things to note 1-The parking of this studio is inside the property with Gate, it is optional if you want to park it outside. 2-I wanted to let you know that on the property there is a black kitten in the patio area, when we bought the house her previous owner could not take her away and we decided that she would stay at his house I feed her every day she is very sweet and always happy. 3-This is a DUPLEX house each with patio and PRIVATE entrance, NOT shared. 4-Early check-in (subject to availability): $50. Please request at least 48 hours in advance. Late check-out (subject to availability): $25. From 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. After 12:00 p.m., an additional night must be booked.
