The space The Mermaid’s Lair is a tranquil lakefront studio tucked beside a beautiful home on Crystal Lake. Surrounded by nature and designed for comfort, the space features floor-to-ceiling windows, a full-size bed, cozy sitting area, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Step outside to your private patio, enjoy the fire pit, or unwind on the dock with peaceful water views perfect for fishing or kayaking. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the studio, fire pit area, and the dock (shared with the main house). The lake is yours to explore—bring your kayak or enjoy peaceful fishing right off the dock. Please note: the pool is for use by the main house only and is not part of this listing. Respecting the privacy of the main home ensures a tranquil stay for all. Private entry and convenient self-check-in are included. Other things to note • The pool on the property is private and reserved for the main home; it is not available to guests of the studio. • The dock and the fire pit is shared however the patio is for your exclusive use. • While the studio offers many comforts, there is no TV to encourage a peaceful, unplugged getaway. • Please be respectful of the main home and neighbors during your stay. • Parking on the right hand side of the driveway is suitable or Street parking is available just steps from the unit.
