Our guest house is located in the Eastlake neighborhood. Our home is situated between downtown Seattle and the University of Washington. We love hosting guests and meeting people from all over the world. We are exploring our city in new ways, boat share rentals, intercity trails and outdoor dining with wonderful lake views. Our favorite restaurants, coffeehouse and pubs are all within walking distance. I’m happy to provide restaurant or activity recommendations in the seattle area The space Our guest house is a charming stand-alone home. New construction, outfitted with 100% premium fixtures and details. Spacious and luxurious, close to South Lake Union, Capitol Hill, University of Washington, Cancer Care Alliance/Fred Hutchison, Downtown, Seattle Center and more. Private outdoor patio and balcony. Easy to use key pad entrance. Easy on/off freeway (I-5) access. Easy walking to restaurants, coffee shops and night life. Luxurious Master Suite with garden patio on the ground floor, a spacious living and kitchen area with ultra-high ceilings and a small outdoor balcony on the main floor and a cozy queen bed loft on the upper floor. High end fixtures throughout, heated floors, air conditioning and modern comforts like thermostatic valve showers and espresso machine! This is a newly built home with new floors and rugs. We ask guests to please remove their shoes when inside and please leave the house as you found it. We have a no pets policy due to hosts and future guests allergies. Non fragrant detergents used upon request. Our walk way is currently closed to guests but we do share access to garbage and recycle bins near the alley level. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home as well as a private patio. Guests will have access to garbage, compost and recycling bins located in a shared area, just behind the alley gate. Other things to note There is no parking space provided. We will provide a temporary zone parking pass for you to use during your stay. The zone parking pass hangs from your rear-view mirror and enables parking on many of the nearby streets.
