Grand Lake OK's finest waterfront view

-- We are only doing select bookings by request at this time so please message for availability -- Waterfront cabin on Grand Lake. 300' of waterfront with private dock for swimming. Located in Zena area, about halfway between Jay and Grove, OK. View overlooks main lake at Drowning Creek, looks across to Duck Creek and Dripping Springs. 4 bedroom, 2 bath. Full kitchen. Washer/Dryer. Gas outdoor grill. WiFi available. Pictures tell the story... The space You will find the interior of the dwelling to be very clean and accommodating. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and laundry. I do like to add that we do not expect you to do any major cleaning or laundry. In fact, we prefer to do it ourselves. We request only that you take all the trash out to the trash cans and not leave any food behind. Please rinse any dishes and leave on cou ter and/or use the dishwasher but not necessary to "clean" anything other than obvious crumbs and debris. There is no need to do any laundry or strip the beds or anything like that. It is the lake, wooded and rural, so be aware that it is NOT a gated community type property with "groomed" lawn and trees. The cabin backs up to heavily wooded area so there can be lots of insects and critters. House is always fully cleaned and cleared of such but unable to control those insects that do get in during your stay. Property is about a mile off of a paved road, down a dirt road, so very rural. Popping into town for breakfast or supplies can be impractical, just FYI. From the property it is ~ 20 miles to Jay or Grove. GROVE is probably your best bet for restaurants and stores. There is a convenience store about 15 minutes away at the coner of Hwy 127 and Hwy 59/10. Guest access Entire house, property, and dock are available to all guests. Dock has one slip available for average size boats. The nearest boat ramp is about a mile away. There is a paddle boat and a 14 foot Lillypad raft you can use from the dock. There is a propane grill. No open burning allowed on the property so please do not bring charcoal grills. There is a fire pit on the shore nearby if desired as well as plenty of firewood available. There is plenty of outdoor, non-covered parking for vehicles and trailers and such. Other things to note I have had several inquiries regarding PETS, but in the interest of cleanliness and allergens and in best maintaining property for future guests, we regret that we DO NOT ALLOW dogs or cats inside the dwelling. Also, due to rural nature of area and potential hazards for pets ( wildlife, woods, water), we can neither allow them on the property. Sorry, I am a pet lover as well but you'll find it to be much safer for them at home.
