The "Couve's Nest" Basement Apt. w/Full Kitchen

Recently renovated basement apartment with custom woodwork and west-facing windows for warm afternoon light. House is located in a quiet residential neighborhood 11 miles from downtown Portland, and 2 miles from downtown Vancouver. Your space includes a full private kitchen with gas range, private bath, and private bedroom with ample closet space. There is plenty of free street parking directly in front of the property. The space The back door entrance and stairwell are shared, but you have your own locking door at the bottom of the stairs. We live upstairs and you may hear young children's tantrums/toys, piano playing, or power tools out in the garage. We do our best to keep quiet hours from 9pm-7am, but children, in particular, are unpredictable. Most guests are not bothered, but we have received the occasional complaint. The space might not be a good fit for late risers or the easily disturbed. The whole unit is 440 square feet.
