Traveling Nurse? 5 min to hospital. We are near Lake Allatoona, I-75, Historic downtown Cartersville. Great location, easy access to everything! There is a community 55” Smart TV in the living room. You’re welcome to bring a game console for your bedroom. Guests asked and we listened...We have now added a 43” Smart TV in the bedroom for streaming. We have Xfinity WiFi. We also have added an infrared “fireplace” heater for winter to cozy up the bedroom. Plenty of parking to the left (first concrete drive) and privacy. Fully stocked kitchen closes at 10, please respect the other guests and leave your shoes at the space provided inside the front entry. Your privacy and comfort are very important! Other guests may occupy rooms on the same floor. Our home has a shared living room, laundry and kitchen. We have a Coffee Bar, & Variety of Herbal Teas. Help yourself in the fully stocked kitchen but please clean up after yourselves. Laundry is shared. If you start wash, please finish it. If someone else’s clothes are in the wash, be considerate and transfer to the dryer. If there are items in the dryer, remove and sit on top of the dryer. Do not take wet clothes out of the wash and put them on the dryer. Download the Airbnb app! Communication is preferred this way and is fastest! We will be in and out but only a phone call or text away 24 hours. We do not live in the home. Safe & Quiet home on dead end street, we know all the neighbors, its a narrow street so watch for others when topping the hills. 2 miles from Lake Allatoona, hiking trails, overlook, Pine Mountain, boating, fishing, Bartow Beach are only 2 miles away. Cleaning fees provide a living wage for our local workers. It includes not only cleaning the spaces but clean linens and restocking supplies. Be kind and do your part!
