The Cottage is very cozy with a mixture of vintage and industrial decor. Visitors will have complete privacy within the house at all times, but with our home close by, we are always happy to help should you need anything! We are located in Downton Brandon in the Historic District. The Cottage is a guest house seated behind our home; it is a very quiet place, and it is great for working individuals, couples seeking a fun concert experience, or families participating in ball tournaments. The house is 690 sq feet and is very spacious in all rooms; it has been completely updated to include a bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower that includes a shaving ledge, and a washer/ dryer unit. There is a full kitchen well supplied for those that want to prepare meals and a bar top that accommodates 4 people. There is a large 50” TV with an Amazon Fire Stick, use of our YouTube account, and even many DVDs to choose from if you want to go Old School! We provide all paper products, shower products and all linens. We even provide niceties such as some bottled water, coffee for the Keurig , muffins, and other small things to make it feel welcoming. You will have your own parking area in front of the Cottage, and the entire house area will be yours. We have a patio table there for those looking for some outside space as well. I work very close to our home so I can be available to help answer questions and am happy to do so. We enjoy hanging out on our back deck in the evenings when weather permits and would welcome guests too. We are located in the Historic District of Brandon, less than half a mile to Downtown Brandon. There are great restaurants and shops close by as well as a grocery store. We are approximately half way between Shiloh Park and Quarry Park for those families participating in tournaments. We are also only a few miles away from the Brandon Amphitheater so concerts are easy to attend. Accessing sister cities for other amenities is very easy from our location since we are seated close to the interstate access points as well as the city bypass on Highway 18. We are only 10 minutes from the Jackson International Airport as well. The bedroom has 2 steps down, and the bathroom has one step up. This is important for anyone who may have an issue with steps and would need to know in advance.
