Large beautiful, flat 50,000 sq ft land with sunset views. 2000 sq ft 2 level chic cottage directly on the lake. No road in back or in front of the cottage. Very quiet. Access Canoe, 3 Paddle boards, yoga mats, snowshoes, sleds 46" TV, Sonos sound bar, Netflix & wifi The space ***7 nights minimum in High Season. 3 nights min weekends available in off season only (April, May, Nov to mid Dec) *** Cleaning lady is scheduled every Friday. For more then 1 week stays, an additional $100/week will be charged for cleaning. 7 nights stay has to check in Fridays Shorter stays have to check in Friday to Tuesday night. Guest access Entire place and property Other things to note 2 closed bedrooms with king beds (lower floor) 1 magical bunkbed nook (lower floor) with 2 single XL beds Den (upper floor) open concept, has 2 single XL beds that serve as sofas during the day and convert easily into 2 Single XL beds or put together for a King size bed 1 bathroom with shower (upper floor) 1 bathroom with bath and shower (lower floor) Please note that a maximum of 6 people is permitted at anytime on the property. Any requests for additional guests, please advise prior to booking. Monthly rentals have to do a bi-weekly cleaning at a minimum with our cleaning staff.
