Room 4:Pickleball Court, Queen bed, sleeps 2

We’re excited to offer our BRAND NEW PICKLEBALL COURTS to all guests. Let us know if you’d like us to set up the nets. We provide balls and paddles. You'll love this nautical themed room with a cozy queen sized bed. It has a great little desk for those that need to work, a portable AC unit, ceiling fan and a smart TV with a fire stick. The space Our home is a lovely farmhouse surrounded by Dahlias and other flowers. You'll feel peace within our home. Guest access Guests can access the Pickleball courts by walking out the front door and going to the back of the property. The Pickleball courts are to the right of the back patio. Please let us know if you’d like to use the Pickleball court so we can be sure the nets are set up. We have extra paddles and balls for guests. All guests use the dining room downstairs, the loft area upstairs, the back patio, the backyard and grass area. During your stay I love socializing with guests but also want to respect their privacy. Other things to note We have a strict, no pet policy because our dog does not interact well with other dogs or pets. We also have a strict no smoking or vaping policy as well. If you need to smoke or vape, please leave the property to do it somewhere else.
