The space The studio is decorated to create a stylish yet calming atmosphere. There is a wagon, beach chair/towels boogie board and some beach toys. There are lots of kitchen tools for cooking and coffee tools as well (press & coffee maker). it's VERY cozy and amply spaced studio. Not a traditional small studio. Patio is also very good size! Guest access Guests have their own private 400sq ft patio to use with cool retro patio set ad bbq. Other things to note Neighborhood has zero tolerance to loud parties after 10pm.
