Positioned between quiet, private woods and a pristine swimming pool, Iris Oasis is the perfect spot for your visit to Redding! Beautifully remodeled, this guesthouse is located close to I-5 and 44, so you are super close to any Redding destination you want to visit! Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, or you are just passing through, this is the oasis you are looking for! The space Located at the end of a quiet, dead-end street, our newly remodeled Iris Oasis overlooks 30 acres of forested woods. A beautiful picture window overlooking the forest punctuates the bedroom, coupled with comfy chairs and a coffee table. A brand-new, high-quality mattress and comfortable bedding ensure a restful night's sleep. Our kitchenette is stocked with a small fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine (with coffee pods), toaster, toaster oven, hot kettle, and blender. (The kitchenette does NOT have an oven or stovetop for cooking.) A bar-height table overlooking the woods complements the kitchenette, along with a pair of leather bucket chairs. The bathroom features a floating vanity with granite countertops and an exotic "rainforest" shower head with a river-pebble tile floor. The Iris Oasis is a stand-alone pool guest house on our property, opening out onto a beautiful patio and pool area. The pool is available for our guests to enjoy at their leisure. Tasteful outdoor chairs, table, umbrellas and lounge chairs make certain you can really relax. A myriad of flowers, a vegetable garden, and a host of wildlife and birds round out the scenery. Guest access Guests have a reserved parking space at the front of our personal home. Access to the guesthouse is through a gate on the side of the home, which leads you back to the pool area and the guesthouse. The pool area is a common space which you will share with our family and our adorable golden retriever, Bo. A second smaller deck area is reserved for our private family use.
