Come and enjoy a thoroughly relaxing stay at our vacation beach house. Parking is limited to a maximum of 3 vehicles. 2 in driveway, 1 directly in front of house on street facing away from beach. Absolutely no parking on lawn.(irrigation system). Parking is strictly enforced. Maximum number of people allowed on property is 7. Dining seating for 6. 2 HD TV's, super comfy beds, (queen in master, 2 full size beds in second bedroom, 2 twin beds in third bedroom). Tons of kitchen necessities, wireless internet, and more! Pool, grill, wireless internet, air conditioning, heating, washer, dryer, beach cart, beach toys, pool floats, extra outdoor seating, linens, towel (beach and bath), hair dryer, iron, etc. Kitchen is very well stocked (pots/pans, coffee maker, blender, juicer, toaster, toaster oven, mixer, serving utensils, pretty much everything you can think of! As often as they need me to. I try to be available 9 a.m. -9 p.m., 7 days a week. Wonderful neighbors, friendly atmosphere, and an incredibly casual lifestyle.
