Roami's Biscayne Penthouse is one of Miami's largest vacation rental condos -- it's luxuriously decorated, centrally-located, and has a private roof terrace, hot tub, in-unit sauna, and spectacular views. The building has its own pool and free, we have Street Parking Only. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. The dining area has seating for 10 and the kitchen island has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. PRIVATE ROOFTOP TERRACE: The private rooftop is only accessible to this particular unit. It includes sun loungers, a 6-person hot tub, a small dining area that has seating for 6 and a sofa. AMENITIES: The building has a 30'x15' pool (6' deep) and the Morningside gated community has tennis and basketball courts just a 5 minute walk away. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 1 sleeper sofa, 8 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. A Guest Experience Manager will reach out to you with check-in instructions within 2 days prior to your arrival. The Guest Experience Team will be your point of contact throughout your entire stay and are available 24/7. We are here if you need us, but not if you don't! Upper Eastside We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber. Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Rental Agreement: The physical credit card used to book the reservation, along with a matching government-issued ID, are required at check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.
