Please be sure to read the full description. Welcome to 10 Timber in Sunriver. We invite you to stay at our 3 bedroom 2 bath home and enjoy all that Central Oregon has to offer! There are endless outdoor adventures awaiting! Our home is the perfect gateway with its close proximity to SHARC and the Village. We can accommodate up to 8 guests as well as up to 2 house trained dogs. The vaulted ceilings and wood stove make this home a perfect mountain getaway. Relax on the back deck where you’ll find a barbecue, hot tub and complete privacy with no homes behind us. Wildlife sightings here are common. The downstairs bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed with memory foam mattresses. The downstairs bath is located across the hall from the bedroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a pillow top king bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed. These 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full bath between them. All three bedrooms have portable fans and table top fans. We also recently added central A/C. The home has 3 TVs, each with access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu and other streaming apps. There are an assortment of board games, cards, puzzles, and DVDs as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. A Keurig is available to use at your leisure with a small supply of coffee pods to get you started. Hot cocoa and tea is also provided. The house has a full sized laundry room to be used at the guests’ convenience. 8 SHARC passes are also available. The house comes with 4 adult bikes, 2 youth bikes, and a tricycle. The condition of the bikes is not guaranteed. Guests should bring their own helmets. It should be noted that the house sits near the train tracks as many do in Sunriver, the train schedule varies but typically there are only a few each day that pass through. Guests have access to the entire home I will not be on site to greet the guests but do not hesitate to message me should you encounter any problems. Timber Lane is an easy 10 minute bike ride to SHARC or 12 minute ride to the Village. Also about a 7 minute ride to Fort Rock Park where sports fields, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a playground are located. It is located in a quieter cul-de-sac neighborhood with several of the residents living there full time. It should be noted that 10 Timber is near the train tracks as are many homes in Sunriver. The train schedule is not set but typically there are only a few trains that pass a day and they pass through quickly. You’ll need a car to get to Sunriver and if you want to explore the many hiking trails, lakes, rivers or mountains in the surrounding areas. In Sunriver it’s easy to just park your car in our carport and bike everywhere in the village during the spring, summer and fall seasons. Late summer and early fall is commonly wildfire season in central Oregon and air quality may be affected. We are unable to offer refunds due to this and recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns.
