Our spacious apartment is situated walking distance to the beach and downtown area, offering access to the best of San Clemente. While we’ve taken steps to reduce sound transfer, some normal household noise from upstairs (such as footsteps or early morning movement) may be heard. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit. The apartment does not have a designated parking spot. Street parking is available in the neighborhood but can be limited in the evenings. Pet Policy & Backyard Access Well-behaved dogs are welcome. The fee is $75 per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please let us know in advance by adding your pet to your reservation. The pet fee covers a pre-scheduled deep cleaning after your stay and may be adjusted if we are not informed in advance. The fee for undisclosed pets is $400. Pets cannot be left unattended outside at any time. This keeps them safe from wildlife and helps protect the property. Guests are responsible for supervising their pets at all times and for any injuries or damage caused by their pets during their stay. Owners are not liable for such incidents. Wildlife, including skunks and coyotes, may enter the backyard. Guests are responsible for their pets’ safety. Aggressive dogs are not allowed at any time. Pets brought without prior approval may incur additional cleaning fees. While other tenants do not have access to the yard, property maintenance staff and landscapers may need to enter periodically. The space is not intended for unattended pet enclosures. Guest access You will be renting a private apartment with a backyard. Cleaning and maintenance staff may need to enter the utility room which is in the backyard. There is a locked supply closet in the bathroom which is not for guests use. Other things to note Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. No additional guests, parties, gatherings, or loud music are allowed. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and other tenants at all times. Failure to follow guidelines may result in cancellation of reservation without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. $500 cleaning fee and cancellation of the reservation applies if discovered. We understand that unexpected situations can happen, so we strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Please note that we’re unable to make exceptions to the cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking, and we’re not able to modify reservation dates once the cancellation window has passed.
