This is the home Pete grew up in, which is just down the street from where he now lives and works. Downtown Laconia is about a 10 minute walk. Taxi service and Ubers are available, but having a personal vehicle is highly recommended if you wish to see all the lakes, mountains and attractions that the area has to offer! We do have a pack and play available at the house located in the upstairs bedroom closet for your tiniest traveler! (We do have crib sheets available, but also helps to bring your preferred baby sheets) Furry Friends: We absolutely adore dogs and would love to welcome yours, however we have had some issues with furry friends not treating our home with respect, so unfortunately we have had to update our pet policy. Pet Policy: we must be notified prior to your arrival that you’ll be bringing a pup. Owners are responsible for picking up all waste and alerting us if there have been any accidents inside, so that we can resolve properly. Absolute maximum is 1 pet per stay. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit. Additionally, there is a $125 non refundable pet fee per stay. This does not cover any potential damages caused by pets. Please let us know if anything happens during your stay and we will work with you to resolve it. We appreciate your respect and understanding! Our house is located on a main road, while road noise is minimized at night, there is a possibility of hearing cars during the day. We do have sound machines in each bedroom to help minimize this. Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're a friend staying with us! We follow all CDC cleaning guidelines. We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refund.
