Sleeping Bear Bed & Breakfast

The Sleeping Bear B&B is ideally nestled between the dunes and the city. It has been a full-service B&B for over twenty years. New ownership in 2020 with newly renovated & stylish rooms. Each has a comfortable queen bed, in-room AC & heat, Wi-Fi, TV/DVD (library of movies), and eco-conscious amenities. Every day begins with a sumptuously cooked earth-friendly breakfast at a time of your choosing. Depending on weather have breakfast inside, outside, or in the "chill" barn. The space Huge private room with its own private entrance and private porch. And feel free to use the living room just outside your room. We have also added yoga mats, headlamps, walking sticks, and (winter) yak tracks for our guests to use. You are also welcome to borrow a cooler backpack or picnic lunch set up if you are hitting the trails or beach. Furthermore, please enjoy the outdoor spaces: relaxing and dining areas, gardens, hummingbirds, pond, hammocks, fire pit, grill, etc. during your stay. Newly installed Level 2 EV charger. (fyi, the Sunset room also has a sleeper sofa with a twin size pull out mattress that we are told kids & teenagers find comfortable) Guest access Private parking on the driveway just steps to your room. Keypad door lock so no worries about forgetting a key. During your stay You are welcome to call or text us before you arrive, as well as during your stay, with any questions or concerns. And we are always happy to offer any insights on area attractions and dining options. Other things to note If you need two rooms please message us because we most often have a second private room (that we advertise on our website but not airbnb) that is available for groups traveling together....or if you need an entire other room for a kid(s). It also has a comfortable queen bed and an en-suite private bathroom. We'll offer you a discount on the Sleeping Bear room if you'd like both rooms.
