This newly renovated middle unit in our triplex is a comfy retreat equally perfect for a work trip or a personal getaway. Quality furnishings, plush materials, and modern amenities make your stay extra comfortable. Fast internet, cable, smart tv, a large desk and a quiet environment make it a great place to live and work from. Out the back door, a pathway connects you to an amazing shared patio with a koi pond, waterfalls and dining tables that are part of the adjacent Jackson Market. The space Our furnishings are selected for comfort, style, and durability for a quality experience the moment you arrive. The sofa is quite large and deep with soft pillows to relax with. It faces a 65" smart tv loaded with many tv apps as well as direct cable service. Our desk area is a good size with additional surface and storage space beside it if needed. You will find the kitchen stocked with a complete set of cookware and utensils in addition to all new appliances. Enjoy the rain shower and beautiful tile work in our spa-style bathroom. Finally land in a very comfortable king bed with down comforter and great linens for a good nights sleep. Guest access This townhome is the middle of three, each accessed through a shared main walkway. A back door from the kitchen accesses a private path shared with the other units that leads to the laundry area, and then further to the back dining patios. Other things to note Street parking is unfortunately our only option, and while usually readily available close by, does come with a few restrictions. Permits are required for more than 2 hours on our immediate block from 9am to 6pm, not required for overnight. The next block of our street does not require permits, so it is safe to park during the day or night.
