The livingroom has a seating area, a bonus sleeping area and a large desk with WiFi. Mini split quietly provides AC for comfortable temps in the summer. Gas furnace keeps it toasty in the winter. A chefs kitchen makes home cooking a breeze. Let the dog out the back door and he’s got run of a huge tree-filled fenced yard. Unit comes stocked with spices, soaps, shampoo, towels and laundry supplies. 420 and smoking allowed outside. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the property except locked outbuildings. Other things to note Your privacy is respected. This unit contains a Minut temperature and decibel monitor. It alerts my phone if noise is too loud for too long, a fire alarm sounds or temperatures are extreme. There are no cameras and no sound is recorded or transmitted. Trash day is Tuesday
