We are 5 minutes from downtown Rosarito and 8 mins from Papas n beer, 45 mins from Valle de Guadalupe The space This is an amazing place with unique ocean views....very relaxing Quiet and beautiful Full kitchen we have pots pans Plates knives everything you need to cook Stove *** We only have NETFLIX *** Smart tv.. Youtube Smart hub WE DONT HAVE AC AT THIS PROPERTY The cable is not working at this moment we are trying to fix it with the local channels. Refrigerator Doesn’t make ice But I ll have a bag ice in the freezer Pictures don’t do justice for this place It’s so much beautiful in person *******Washer and dryer it’s only available when staying more than 7 nights..****** Guest needs to buy washer soap or softener, if you would like to use the washer and dryer. ******* We cant use a grill on the balcony only sea level theres a space for bbq we dont have a grill but we can provide one if you let us know ahead of time. No fireworks No smoking Guest access Straight access to the beach on garage level, Horse Riding, atvs, and street food like Candies, corn on the cob, churros, Tamales.. Right on the spot... spending time on the beach.., night clubs and bars just 5 mins from our condo... Other things to note No EXCEPTIONS CANCELLATIONS COST HIGH PENALTYS WE CANT CANCEL WITOUT THESE PENALTY VISITORS ONLY 2 allowed till 9 pm no exceptions No pets allowed and dryer washer it’s only for stays of 7 nights or more, Guest needs to buy washer soap, We don’t have maid service on your stay, but we can recommend you a maid for cleaning the entire condo for $30 charge We are not allowed to come to the condo unless something needs to be fixed, with guest permission of course
