King bed in master bedroom with newly replaced mattress. Condo sleeps six total. There is a Queen bed in the guest bedroom and has en-suite access to the second bathroom. There is a Queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the living area which sleeps two more. Remodeled bathrooms, completely separate from bedrooms. This remodeled kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, granite countertops, pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, and dishware. Central air conditioning. Private entrance on the end of the building, accessed by steps from the parking lot. (Please note that while this gives you your own private entrance, we are not wheelchair accessible). Unit is very quiet and feels quite separate from rest of building. We are in the middle of Mustang Island with miles of unspoiled dunes and beaches both to the north and to the south. Stores and restaurants are in both directions: Port Aransas to the North and North Padre Island to the South, both about 10 minutes by car. The Mayan Princess condos have 3 sparkling pools (one heated, and a jacuzzi) and you can grill/picnic out by the pools. The Mayan Princess is a small condominium resort compared to many others on the island as it only has 60 condo units. With three large pools, outdoor hot tub, gorgeous palm trees, and a board walk to the beach, The Mayan Princess is one of the best places to stay in Port Aransas.
